No. Gozynet is not an agency. We only create, sell and operate our own products. Our customers buy subscriptions to those products, not development services.
Web subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe, our payment processor. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are billed by Apple or Google. You receive an email receipt for every payment.
Yes. You can cancel from your account's billing page or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
New web subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment. Details and exceptions are in our Refund Policy.
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Gozynet never receives or stores your full card details.
